A: It usually takes 1-3 days depending on the complexity of the
requested block .
Q: Will my membership renew itself on a month to month basis?
A: Membership will renew itself automatically on a month to month
basis. To cancel membership simply e-mail customer support
And state that you want to "cancel membership".
Q: How many blocks can I download on any given day?
A: With the Basic Membership plan you may download 10 blocks a day.
With the Exclusive Membership plan downloads are unlimited.
Q: What do appliance blocks include, and how are they drawn?
A: Most appliance blocks include a plan view, a side view, and a front view in 2d. All details are drawn to scale and to drawn to specifications provided by the appliance manufacturer.
Q: How come some appliances i am looking for are not shown or available?
A: Thousands of appliances are available to the public. If a block of a appliance is not here just request that block to be made (include model numbers in your request) and they will be drawn and email ed to you within 3 business days.
Q: How can i search for blocks i need?
A: You can search by model number, or any key word of a detail you are looking for. If you cant find what you need just email Customerservice@blockcreator.com .
Q: Can i send you some blocks i need revisions too?
A: Yes you can.
Q: Do i have to worry about purging the blocks i down-load?
A: Most of our blocks were created on the 0 layer. It is wise though to explode and purge all blocks down-loaded from this site or any site.
Q: Can i sell the blocks you offer on this site?
A: All the blocks on this site were drawn by our technical staff. We hold all rights to distribute these drawings. They are all copy written. We allow members to use our drawings within their own drawings, but we do not allow members to re-sell drawings down-loaded.
Q: I use auto cad version 14. Can i use these blocks in my drawings?
A: 90% of the blocks on this site have been saved in auto cad 14 format just for those who have not upgraded yet. If you find you down-load a block that is not compatible with your auto cad version just email our staff at Technicalsupport@blockcreator.com and we will happily convert it and then email it back to you.
